Are your uploaded files private here?
Files you upload are processed in memory or temporary storage only for the conversion and deleted immediately afterward, downloads are not kept, indexed, or shared, and the per-file limit is 200 MB.
Open the the tools — free →When you upload a file, the converter needs to read it, run the conversion, and produce a download. That work happens on the server using memory or temporary storage. Once the conversion finishes, the temporary file is removed. The finished download is not added to a public library, search index, or shared folder. Because there is no account system, there is no profile, history, or saved file list tied to you.
The practical limit is 200 MB per file. Files above that size cannot be uploaded, so split or compress large media before trying again. The limit applies to the upload, not to the converted output; some formats can grow during conversion.
For ordinary documents, images, audio, and video, this temporary processing is enough. For anything truly sensitive, such as identity documents, medical records, contracts, or private business files, use offline conversion software on your own device. That avoids uploading the file at all and gives you direct control over deletion.
1) Upload a file under 200 MB. 2) Run the conversion. 3) Download the result promptly. 4) Close the page when finished. Do not treat the site as storage; keep your own copy. If a file is too sensitive to upload, do not upload it.
